The Challenge

The project site faced extreme tidal variation and unstable seabed conditions requiring deep marine piling at depths exceeding 40 m, compounded by tight regulatory approvals for a sensitive coastal zone.

02

Our Solution

We deployed a custom jack-up barge platform for all marine piling works, adopted prefabricated composite deck sections to minimise on-site assembly time, and established a dedicated HSE command structure from day one.

03

The Outcome

Delivered 6 weeks ahead of the contracted schedule and 3% under budget. Zero lost-time incidents across 420,000 man-hours. The bridge now carries 24,000 vehicles per day and won the 2023 Regional Infrastructure Award.
